Ganpat University, U.V.Patel College of Engineering ( ATCNN Centre of Excellence 5G and Beyond) proudly hosted the Pre-Summit Event on “National AI Mission: Driving Innovation through 5G Connectivity” on 29th January 2026 at the MBA Auditorium, Ganpat Vidyanagar. Organized as part of the AI Impact Summit 2026, in collaboration with HCL GUVI, the event witnessed an enthusiastic participation of 400+ students from diverse disciplines. The program began with the traditional lamp lighting ceremony, followed by inspiring addresses from esteemed dignitaries who highlighted India’s National AI Mission, the transformative power of 5G, and the critical role of industry–academia collaboration in nurturing future-ready talent. Insightful expert sessions on AI, Data Science, emerging technologies, and career pathways kept students deeply engaged, sparking curiosity, innovation, and a strong drive toward skill development. ✨ The pre-summit served as a powerful platform for knowledge sharing, inspiration, and collaboration, reaffirming Ganpat University’s commitment to excellence in technology education and alignment with national digital initiatives.
Arduino Edge AI Bootcamp Successfully Completed! We are delighted to share the successful completion of the Arduino Edge AI Bootcamp, organized by the ATCNN – 5G & Beyond Centre of Excellence, Ganpat University, in collaboration with BitGreen Technolabz, on 30 July 2026. The bootcamp received an overwhelming response with 100+ registrations, reflecting the growing enthusiasm among students to explore Arduino, Edge AI, TinyML, Computer Vision, and Embedded AI through hands-on learning. Throughout the bootcamp, participants transformed ideas into intelligent solutions while gaining practical experience in: Exploring the Arduino UNO Q platform and embedded hardware fundamentals Building TinyML models using Arduino App Lab and Edge Impulse Developing Edge AI and Computer Vision applications for real-time intelligence Creating a Face Recognition system using Arduino Modulino and a webcam Applying embedded AI concepts to solve real-world engineering and industrial challenges
• Successfully facilitated paid industry internships and the Summer Internship 2026 for B.Tech. Electronics & Communication (EC) 7th Semester students, providing hands-on industry exposure and project-based learning. • 06 ECE students completed a 2-month paid internship, receiving a stipend of ₹10,000 per month, with a total internship support of ₹1.20 lakh, along with industry internship certificates. • The internship emphasized industry skill upgradation, quality engineering practices, 5G, Embedded Systems, AI, and practical project execution, significantly enhancing students' employability and career readiness. • This initiative strengthened industry-academia collaboration and created a direct pathway for skill development, internships, and future placements.
